The Louisiana Tax Commission is pleased to announce the launch of our Online Appeals Filing System. This system will not only allow Appellants to file their appeal(s), but also upload any supporting documentation. This system can be accessed by following these steps:

• Go to  http://www.latax.state.la.us
• In the navigation bar, click on “Appeals.”
• Click on “File Appeals.”
• Follow the prompts.

We ask that the Assessors please notify your Taxpayers of this new, convenient feature. We will still accept filings by mail or hand delivery, as well.
